Inclinometer Pipe
Inclinometer tube; It is a kind of custom-made pipe used to place the inclinometer probe, which measures the lateral movements and deformation of soil, rock and structures.
There is no need for adhesives, rivets or sleeves to join the pipes (Easy Connect & Quick Coupling) in the inclinometer pipes without the Easy Connect Coupler. It can be easily disassembled and reused in case of placement problems, thus reducing the drilling machine's usage time and spare pipe cost. Inclinometer pipes compatible with all inclinometer systems in different types, strengths and origins, depending on the purpose and needs, are ready for sale from our stocks. Please contact us for inclinometer pipe price and stock information.

Inclinometer
For inclinometer device price information, pipe supply and inclinometer measurements, please contact our company by phone or email. Where is the inclinometer device used? Horizontal and vertical displacements that may occur on different facades in the shoring system and surrounding structures are measured by two different methods.
The inclinometer device is an instrument used to measure the vertical deviations of the holes drilled in the field from their axes. Measurements can be taken from many boreholes using a single inclinometer device, and very slow movements that may develop in rock masses and ground can also be recorded, since the measurement sensitivity is higher than other methods. As a result of a significant displacement that may occur during the measurement, it should be considered as a risk that the instrument may remain in the well.
1- Inclinometer Device Features
Inclinometer device; The probe consists of the recorder and the cable that provides the connection between them. There are two wheels at the end of the sensor whose body is made of stainless steel. The probe generally moves in flexible and circular pipes with 4 channels placed 90 degrees apart. The probe of the inclinometer device is connected to the electrical control box and converts the measurements made into visual data and graphic forms.
2- Construction Method of Taking Inclinometer Device Measurement
In order to measure the deformations in the lateral or vertical directions, firstly, boreholes must be drilled. In order to prevent the deformation of the drilled wells and the movement of the inclinometer pipes around their own axis, the pipes are filled with cement grout. During the placement of the inclino pipes in the drilled boreholes, one of the groove pairs on the inner surfaces of the pipes that make an angle of 90o with each other is considered as A , A- groove pair and the other as B, B- groove pair. One of the grooves A , A- groove of the A-groove pair, which enables the sensor to move more easily and the deformations in the lateral or vertical directions to be measured with higher precision, are brought in the same direction as the expected movement direction, as the reference direction of the possible movement. 3m long inclinometer pipes placed in accordance with this rule are added to each other with special connections and lowered to the depth of the well specified in the project. After the pipes in question are lowered, cement is injected around the pipes and the cement grout is waited for the base reading. In the reading, first the top wheel of the sensor should be brought to the main reference direction (A) and lowered slowly and carefully to the bottom of the well by connecting with the recording device. In order for the measurements to be taken accurately, the sensor must touch the bottom of the well. The sensor, which is lowered to the bottom of the well, is pulled up with the cable as much as the reading range determined before and recorded in the recorder and fixed with the help of a clamp. Reading intervals are usually taken as the length of the sensor (500mm) in order to make the measurements more sensitive. The measurement values seen on the screen of the recorder are recorded in the instrument. This process is continued at 0.5 m intervals until the well and A , B measurements are recorded. The first reading is taken a few days after the base readings are taken. Periodically, other readings are made once every 15 days, but the reading periods and the evaluation of the reading results can be changed by the Project Engineer with the approval of the Technical Manager.
